VH3 서열 계열을 포함한 항체 변이체 정제를 위한 레진
MabSelect™ VH3 Affinity 레진은 인간 항체의 VH3 서열 계열에 속하는 variable heavy chain(VH)과 특이적으로 결합하는 조작된 protein A 리간드를 사용합니다.
기존의 Fc 영역과 결합하는 protein A 상호작용은 knock-out 되어 있어, 이중특이항체(bsAb), Fab(fragment antigen-binding region), scFv(single-chain variable fragment), VHH(variable heavy domain of heavy chain) 등 다양한 항체 단편 및 변이체를 효과적으로 분리할 수 있습니다.
이 레진은 Cytiva 의 항체 정제용 레진 중 하나로, 높은 동적 결합 용량(DBC)과 우수한 알칼리 안정성을 갖추고 있어 반복 세척 후에도 안정적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
항체 정제용 레진에는 이 외에도 MabSelect PrismA™, MabSelect™ SuRe 70, MabSelect™ VL, Capto™ polishing 레진, 등 고속 및 최신 Affinity 정제용 제품들이 포함되어 있습니다.
